Ok. I've lost weight. I'm now a size 8 instead of 12. So now I wear cute clothes or try to anyway. Can't at work or they'll get ruined by acid/bleach/whatever. But Cordy? I love her, she's my fave character, I wish I had her personality (I do somewhat among friends) but I'm more like the science chick personality wise--I'm in a scientific position, introverted, etc. But ya got me on the hair dying thing. I'll stop when I'm dead. Good thing Mom's a hair dresser, ne? ;) Really need a haircut right now though. Ick.

Oh, ick , another safety meeting today. I've been here since 1996, so it's more of the same old, same old, literally. The topics do not vary from year to year, got them memorized, but munchies! Yum!

Waiting on results from my CT scan of my abdomen and pelvis. Get to see the dr on Monday. I think it'll show nothing. What I need is the gallbladder spasm test. No gallstones on the ultrasound.

Here's a fun fact for you: Clothing manufacturers are deluding the public about their weight and sizes. Size 12 today is not the size 12 of the 80's or even 90s. I know. I couldn't fit in my 12s from the 90s while I could in the 12s I bought a couple of years ago. Now that I'm a size 8 by today's clothing standards, I can fit into my size 12s from the 80s and 90's, and I can't fit into the size 10 from then. Hmm. Something's fishy here, ne? And who knows how much it's changed since Marilyn Monroe? If I have to hear MM was a size 12 one more time, I'm gonna scream. In today sizes, she'd probably be a 0 or a 2, so STFU about it would you people?

Why do kids like Lemony Snicket? I've read the first 3 books, they're imaginative in their descriptions, but the plot was the same (kids go live with relative who Count Olaf then kills) and kinda depressing.

Finally watched Purple Rain. *hearts* Loved it. Big Prince fan here. Love to see him in concert sometime.

Watched Millenium Mambo. What was that about anyway? Anyone? Really boring. Wondering if I missed something. Lousy subtitles in it, too.

Started some of my seeds. I'll see if I get any seedlings. First time trying to grow stuff from seed. Going to grow some in my yard, and some in the Community Garden (you can get a plot to grow stuff on). I'm trying to grow heirloom tomatoes and peppers mainly. Strawberries, corn, beans, etc, too though.
